Chicken Fillet, Bread Crumbs, Vegetable Oil, Purified Salt, Black Pepper, Water, Lemon Juice, Wheat Flour, Garlic, Modified Starch
Deep Fry:
Preheat oil to 180c Degrees. Deep fry frozen fillets 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
Conventional/ Toaster Oven:
Preheat oven to 200c Degrees.
Place frozen fillets in single layer on ungreased baking sheet and heat for 12 to 15 minutes.
For a crispier product, turn halfway through heating time.
Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
Microwave:
Arrange frozen fillets on microwave safe plate.
Heat on HIGH: 5 fillets for 1 to 1 ½ minutes, 10 fillets for 2 to 2 ½ minutes, 15 fillets for 2 ½ to 3 minutes. Do not overheat.
Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
Cooking time and oven temperatures may vary, adjust accordingly.
