Microwave Instructions:
Puncture film in several spots on top of tray.
Place tray in microwave. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute, if desired.
Caution: The tray and its contents are hot after microwaving. Carefully remove by pealing it back around the tray. Stir, serve and enjoy.

Boiling Water Instructions:
Place the closed tray in a pan of boiling water.
Boil for 15 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute, if desired.
